Roles and Responsibility :

This is a Sr. Software Engineer I (Tech Lead) position. The resource need to be completely hands-on on development and guide and mentor junior team members. Resource will completely focus on leading of two or more scrum teams. Additional responsibilities will include - Architecture solution, creation of re-usable artifacts, drive business and technical discussions etc.

Build Care Management Platform to transform our PHS Case and Disease Management program offerings beyond telephony by developing digital solution with enhanced clinician workflows and nurse panels, member profile ; customizing pathways , digital curriculum and integration with RPM product(Vivify) . This would be development work to enhance Digital Health ? Nerve Center 2.0 application to support E&I, C&S and other programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.         Act as a Tech Lead for an Agile team within a Release Train/Value Stream

2.         Technically hands on and participate/drive Design and Code reviews.

3.         Be responsible for end to end product quality.

4.         Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & Quality.

5.         Facilitates and guides the work of all of the Sprint commitment and Features delivery of Agile Team

6.         Provides technical support to team. Helps team in spotting challenges early and re-plan

7.         Help teams with hands-on involvement in development, application integrations, code reviews, etc.

8.         Involve in design decisions and suggest suitable approach for scalability and high performance of the application.

9.         Release coordination, resource planning. Closely working with Engineering Manager, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams.

10.         Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations for the customer

11.         Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice

12.         Design  and Develop overall solutions and individual applications


1.         7+ Years? experience in Angular 4/6/8, Java/J2ee, WebServices, SpringBoot.

2.         Current experience in applying Test Driven Development techniques (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber or similar tools)

3.         Should have exposure to Azure cloud platform.

4.         Healthcare Provider Domain Knowledge

5.         HL7 FHIR experience and certification

6.         Must have strong analysis (both requirements and system) and design skills.

7.         Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MQ, WebService concepts, REST service concepts, XML, JSON.

8.         Strong Development & Debugging Skills

9.         Strong experience with Automated unit testing, performance test tools, investigation and resolution.

10.         Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines.

11.         Good understanding of Rest API, Micro Services concepts and the implementation best-practices, and integration with on premise/cloud-hosted 3rd party systems.

12.         Hands on Experience in Cloud deployment prefer on Open Shift or Azure

13.         Understanding of DevOps and current hands-on experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, Docker, etc.

14.         Experience in delivering solution through Agile methodology including daily participation in Agile ceremonies

15.         Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with a diverse population.

16.         Passionate about technology, problem solving, learning new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge.

1.         Exposure to Azure Cloud platform, Azure- Fundamentals, & Azure ? Development, Hasura Graph QL is preferred.
