Roles and Responsibility :

Purpose of the role:

 

?To undertake and supervise multiple high-quality systematic review research projects

?To generate new business for the SR Team

?To liaise with and manage Key Accounts

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

?Intellectual planning and design of SR projects at proposal writing stage

?To undertake SR projects (from design including data extraction, qualitative summary, meta analyses and report writing)

?To provide guidance and design input of appropriate statistical analyses

?To supervise SR projects (from design including data extraction, qualitative summary, meta analyses and report writing), supervise junior analysts and researchers in the project team

?Project management, including responsibilities such as

  • Project planning (e.g. Gantt chart)
  • Primary point-of-contact for clients for own projects

?To liaise closely with the Technical Lead, ensuring a consistently high quality of research and reporting

?Business Development (proposals, pitches, lead generation) to achieve revenue targets

 

General Roles & responsibilities:

?Communicate with appropriate business lead in a transparent and reliable manner

?Undertake be-spoke research and data collection as required

?Meet project deadlines in a timely manner

?Telephone, email and in-person liaison with co-authors, colleagues and clients

?Conform to house styles and processes

?Attend work in a timely and dependable manner

 

Accountabilities:

?Timely delivery of project objectives, including document drafts

?Maintenance of libraries

?Ongoing process development

?Quality of research and written deliverables

?Contribution to efficient organisation and planning of projects

?Satisfaction of clients, relevant project lead and line manager

?Minimal supervision required

?Ability to effectively balance multiple projects

?Meeting revenue targets

Requirements of the role:

 

Qualifications:

?A Master?s degree within life sciences

 

Key skills & experience:

?At least 5 years? experience in all aspects of Systematic Review

?Named author on at least 5 SR publications

?An excellent understanding of the process of SR

?High levels of organisation and attention to detail

?Excellent verbal and written communication

?Excellent presentation skills, including comprehensive knowledge of PowerPoint?

?Skilled with Microsoft Word? and proficient Microsoft Excel?

?Comprehensive knowledge of Endnote?, RefMan?

?Experience of MTCs

?Proven BD capability
