Roles and Responsibility :

Supporting Enterprise application implementation at R&D site (Pune LRP).

Complete project management of site specific software new implementation & upgrade of existing application.

Repeated issue management Level 2 issue handling & escalation management for site software's.

Lead project support team for R&D specific applications like ELN, LIMS etc.

Ensure standard and harmonized practices & processes are implemented by coordination with other sites & corporate team.

Work with business process owners to firm up the business requirements and develop solution architecture.

Assist the business users with the functionality and participate in the blueprint of business process and system integration challenges.

Lead application support, coordinate with product vendor for HFs and Patches.

Leverage existing applications, systems and processes.

Setup application & interface standard, guideline and checklist for various terms.

Ensure IT user base is effectively trained and positioned to use all available system functionalities.

Ensure IT activities are executed according to regulatory compliance standard.

Work with QA to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Manage the vendors / partners / support teams, coordinate with Company's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT operations team.

Report challenges and progress to IT Leadership.

Provide status update to stakeholders.

Coordinate for steering committee meetings.
