Roles and Responsibility :

Senior Associate/Associate- Recruitment

We are seeking to identify a high-quality Recruitment professional with extensive experience in leadership hiring to be a part of organization's Human Resources department. The role requires strong recruitment experience, leadership skills and maturity. The position is an individual contributor role in Non-Technology team

Work Hours: 12:00 PM ? 9:00 PM

Position Duties:

? Recruit leadership positions successfully across varied functions via external agencies, head hunting and references

? Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner

? Electing the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process

? Work with the business heads to forecast headcount plans and develop succession plans across the company

? Initiating various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards and managing & delivering them on a periodic basis

? Stakeholder management to ensure strong business unbderstanding to drive processes

What You Will Need for this Position

? Bachelor?s degree with a 4-6 years of experience.

? Excellent headhunting skills are mandatory.

? Ability to advice on recruitment methods approaches to market and market information.

? Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills

? Familiar with working in the fast paced and performance driven cultural environment

? Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way

? Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and autonomy

? Experience gained outside of India is a definite advantage

? Outstanding communication (written & spoken) and presentation skills interested candidates
