Roles and Responsibility :

1.    Delivery ManagerA person with 11+ years? experience of progressive technology experience. Strong experience in delivering solutions and workflows in variety of ITSM tools including service now.

 

An individual who can only deliver projects but also set up the ITSM and Workflow tools practice. An individual who is takes active interest in finding new solutions for solving business problems using technology. This role will need to work with designers, global teams , developers and vendors in a collaborative environment to develop and support service now solutions

2.    DesignerA person with 7+ years? experience in Service Now or ITSM tools on analyzing business requirements through workflow analyses, translating business requirements into functional designs, evaluating feasibility with client's stakeholders, managing the development of the ServiceNow platform, serving as my client's subject matter expert on the SNOW system, and managing the upgrades to the ServiceNow system.

 

The individual with own the development of solution / Design on Service Now platform, integration of the solutions with other system and developing the user interface to the solution

3.    DeveloperA Service Now developer who has an experience of 2+ years in developing and supporting Service Now workflows

ITSM Consulting/ Service Delivery / Product & Application Implementation on ServiceNow Platform in IT

Experience in SNOW Implementation, Service Delivery, and Solution Design on ServiceNow

Hands-on experience in Project Management, DevOps/ Agile Implementation and Technical Design; led design, implementation and training of IT Service Management solution on ServiceNow platform

Planned and maintained technology roadmap in line with organization strategy, ensured platform designs and architectural integrity were maintained according to group standards

Led discussions with Senior Managers and Group Executives on solutions and platform direction, assessed business requirements and recommended technology solutions

Managed major design initiatives to ensure delivery as per original specifications and reviewed the same to enhance quality

Executed implementation plan for complex project releases with Business/ Technology Teams to analyze the solution components required to implement a new feature

Led ITSM implementation in ServiceNow, training, interpreted system requirements into designs within existing framework.

Gathered & analyzed new project requirements from client/stakleholders and created functional solutions as per the requirement; interviewed clients? stakeholders and consulted with various teams on technologies

Shared and implemented best practices in design and development methodologies
