Roles and Responsibility :

1.         Having work experience in  manufacturing operation/ QC Analysis.

2.         Knowledge about Quality Management System.

3.         Good communication skills

4.         To ensure effective implementation of the Competency Based training model

5.         Tracking progress of each new employee

6.         Ensuring adequate time is made available for training activities to trainees

7.         Giving training to new employees

8.         Ensuring that SMEs are effective trainers

9.         Ensuring completed training documents are recorded in SABA

10.         Routinely reporting necessary escalation and training progress to Site Training Coordinators

11.         Arrangement of Training logistics for On the Job training

12.         Establish training curricula

13.         Control analyst job qualifications based on qualification status (for QC)

14.         Maintain training metrics

15.         Involve in designing and development of training content, Job aids and work specific SOPs

16.         Will ensure timely completion of all SOP training in their respective department on event of any revision in SOPs or periodically as a part of refresher training.

17.         Identify the opportunities for improvement with the help of ERR or any other such methodology to improve human reliability and task simplification
