Roles and Responsibility :

 Job Profile:

  • To meet the Business Partner for the showroom.
  • Drive the marketing and advertising approaches and campaigns .
  • To provide leadership to the in-store sales, customer care and support team.
  • Review and monitor the performance of the in-store sales and customer personnel.
  • Ensuring that external signages are active during the pre-determined timings.
  • Customer complaints redressal.

Specific Deliverables:

  • Ensure and monitor pro-active and responsive customer follow up.
  • Ensure compliance to the standards manual at all times.
  • To allocate manpower, monitor their working schedules and management of working hours.
  • To trigger influencer contact programs – Architect, Interior designers, consultants and contractors – get them to patronize .
  • Drive Relevant projects contact program – self and team.
  • Ensure proactive and timely customer care at all times.
  • To ensure store hygiene, cleanliness and hospitality function.
  • To compile and close accounts and cash as per the SOP – SOP to be finalized by accounts team.
  • Ensuring that systems and soft wares are functional at all times.
  • Assisting the team to close deals.
  • Co-ordination with the distributor sales team to invite their contacts and possible leads to visit the showroom.

Functional Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Development and ground working
  • Expertise in creating brand presence & visibility
  • Experience of/ Exposure to concept selling rather than product selling
  • Ability to catch on to leads and cues from everywhere possible
  • Ability to establish & maintain a wide network of resources

Reporting to Country Manager


Desired Candidate :

Sudanese national preferred

Experience: 4+ years (3-4 years in sales /Business development for Sanitary ware/ related  building material industry)preferred not mandatory
