Roles and Responsibility :


Core Skill     - C# / Visual Basic .NET and HTML5/CSS3

Summary

The Candidate would be responsible for maintenance of the Application Management Team (AMS) and make sure that all the production systems related to Dynamics are working without any failures meeting agreed service level agreement with business/customers.  The candidate must have great communication skills and be team oriented.  The candidate must have experience in ASP.NET & C#.

Required Technical Skills:

1.         Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer

2.         Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))

3.         Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3

4.         Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

5.         Web Tools and technologies - JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, jQuery

6.         Understanding of Agile methodologies

 

Other qualities desired :

1.         Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

1.         Serve as the point-of-contact person for support /break-fix/ issue resolution on a day-to-day basis. Follow the internal process of managing requests via the appointed ticketing system.

1.         Work with CRM vendor on continuous application of enhancements and upgrades where applicable.

2.         Manage user expectations on proposed system enhancements.

3.         Identify process improvements and work with business to effectively implement changes in a standardized approach. Users requests should be evaluated to determine feasibility, cost and time required and compatibility with current system

4.         Evaluates user request for new or modified systems or applications to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, computer capabilities, and impact on business.

5.         Provide guidance and training to user community to aid in meeting business goals.

6.         Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion.

7.         Meeting SLAs and other customer satisfaction targets.

8.         Daily administration and support of applications and servers.

9.         Document and maintain all issues in the provided system for future references. Also, document FAQs, Best practice guidelines and Knowledgebase articles.

10.         Follow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues and escalations.
