Section 3 : Job Purpose Statement

To work as a team of engineers/ technical support for Design Development and Testing of Light and Signaling devices like Head Light/ Tail Light / Winkers/ Reflex reflector etc. Should understand and ensure all the legal and regulatory requirements embedded in the design.

 

 

 

Section 4 :  Principal Accountabilities and KPIs

?         Team member of lighting Department specializing on Lighting Design on CAD.

?         Knowledge of Catia software is a must.?   Ensure in time completion of all design and development tasks.

?   Collaborate/ integrate with all related departments.

?   Ensure CAD, Dwg. PLM activities for all lighting parts?   Projects delivered as per C, T, Q parameters              100

 

 

Section 5 : Key Challenges

 

1.         Key participation in Lighting Design from concept Design to Die- Go

2.         Involve in all CFT meetings and ensure closure of pending points of Design in time

3.         Manage Project Schedule as per Project timelines defined by Skill Team Lead

4.         Actively involved in Product Design review, Development and Testing of parts

5.         Update CAD & PLM activities from time to time to Reporting manager and HOD

6.         Review projects with other stake holders and ensure deliveries as per CTQ.
